Plant Compounds that eliminate Parasites

There are so many bitter herbs, so knowing which herbs contain which components is essential. Many of them have certain components that are super beneficial in riding parasites from your body. These many components of plants are important when you decide to take your health into your own hands. So, let me tell you about some crucial components and what herbs contain these components. Mimosa Pudica contains polyphenols and terpenoids. These are two of the most vital components in removing parasites from your body. So let's dive into some of the few terpenes there are and some of the plants that contain them because there are so many that it would take me years to tell you. 

Before the pharmaceutical companies started making drugs, doctors would use terpenes for scheduled protocols for parasite removal. So, terpenes have played an important role in parasite removal for centuries. Pinene is a terpene found in sage, cannabis, basil, cedar, conifer trees, dill, eucalyptus, oranges (mainly in the peel), parsley, pine, and rosemary. Then there is limonene terpene found in Juniper, mint, rosemary, dill, Bergamot orange, cannabis, and caraway. One more critical terpene is myrcene, which comes from hops, Houttuynia, lemongrass, mango, Myrcia, West Indian bay tree, cardamom, cannabis, verbena, and bay. These are many of the herbs that contain terpenes, which are beneficial for natural deworming. 

Wormwood also has a terpenoid called sesquiterpene; there are so many different types of terpenoids that are beneficial, but I can't possibly give you all the herbs that contain terpenoids. It would take me countless days and pages of information, which is why it's so important to do your own research on herbs. They all have wonderful benefits, like ginger, which is another herb that contains both a terpenoid and a polyphenol called phenolic acid. Polyphenols are essential in aiding you in removing parasites as well. There are two types of polyphenols: phenolic acids and flavonoids. Phenolic acids and flavonoids can be found in almost all the herbs I mentioned before and in oregano, peppermint, hyssop, fenugreek, cloves, thyme, rosemary, and anise. My herbal products also contain these fantastic components.

It is essential to discover the dangerous impact of these parasites and what to eat to keep these invaders from damaging your body. These components are in so many things, including fruits like blueberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries, which contain polyphenols.
